I am looking to buy a fully automatic AK-47 which is preferably Russian or Chinese but others will do. My price range is 0. I will also need to know which licenses that i need to own one / I live in Oregon. Websites of dealers selling AK-47s will be helpful.
Also ill need to know where ammo for it is sold.
Im trying to find some good ammo for my ak 47 any good sggestion
Looking for cheaper but fun gun to plink around with 7.62x39mm ammo…A found an SKS in good condition for 5 but I also found a wood EAA AK-47 Zastava PAP for 9. What would you choose and why? If you know of any websites other than gunbroker that have cheaper prices than these let me know! Thanks!
Hi, I’m looking for a new airsoft electric gun. I’m looking for the best gun in terms of ammo capacity, rate of fire, fps, upgradeability (scopes, grips, etc), and overall quality. What brands are good? My price range is capped at 0. Also what real-life gun should it be based off of? Ak47, M4, M16? I think they all look cool. I cant decide
Will the shop have the gun in stock? Will they ship it in?
How much would a cheap scope cost?
How much would ammo cost?
I just want it for fun. My buddy’s got a little shooting range on his land.
I want to buy an assault weapon before the ban comes around, I can only buy one. What should I get? An AR15 from Stag model 1 or a polish AK47? I love both, I don’t have any assault rifles yet so this will be my first, and maybe my last if Obama has his way.
Please no political answers thank you.
Gunplumb you make no sense! The ban will be on sales. Care to explain why demand to purchase these type of weapons have skyrocketed with your theory?
The Ammo situation is very interesting, that might make my overall decision.
Thank you all.
OK with the current political climate causing questionable availability and high ammo prices I am having to cut back on my range time, not to mention that most ranges dont allow me to fully do the type of training that I do so I am considering getting a nice metal airsoft gun, one of those that feels pretty close to the originals. I use AKs. I dont know much about this sport though so I would appreciate any comments about which brands I should get? electric or gas? Please anything I need to know would be helpful. I have handled both a Vector Arms and a UTG Warhawk AK-74 electrics but not sure about reliability/quality of these? Thanks for all comments.
I am in the market for a semi-auto Kalashnikov but 7.62x39mm ammo is too expensive and frequently unavailable in my area.
5.45mm seems to be very cheap and I’d like to get a rifle that shoots it.
I don’t want to spend more than 0 on the weapon itself. It should be capable of accepting high-cap magazines and be good quality with no known variant-specific problems.
Any recommendations?
I have heard 7.62×39 ammunition has a very high street value here in california. Up to a round. Can anyone verify that? Also, should I choose to go to my local gun store for this ammo, do I need a permit or special license to buy it?
I was looking into getting an AK-74-SU but after discovering that even a semi-auto version would be illegal I am trying to find a way to create my own that would be legal.
My idea is to go buy an AK-47 receiver (semi-auto, civilian version) and register it as a pistol. Registering it as a pistol will allow me to put on barrels shorter than that of a rifle, in order to have it the same length as an AK-74-SU I will need to have an 8 inch barrel, do they make AK-47 barrels that are only 8 inches long?
I assume it is illegal to put on a stock since it is legally a pistol, is this correct? Since it is a pistol I am allowed to have a pistol grip on it, right? Is their a maximum magazine capacity law regarding pistols?
My last question is, is there a difference in length between an AK-47 receiver and an AK-74-SU receiver? Also, do I need to put on some sort of block to make it not possible to put on a stock? I already asked this question but have refined it more this time, thanks a lot.
I know the mechanics of Russian weapons, most people don’t want to go to prison for 20 years though… that is if the SWAT team doesn’t shoot you. Full auto uses too much ammo with too little effect. Even if it were legal, why would you want to waste so much ammo, that stuff isn’t cheap.
The AK-47, AK-74 and AK-74-SU are three different weapons. I don’t want anything in 5.45×39 though so I want to use a 47 receiver. So what I want to make would be called an AK-47-pistol. These exist in 9mm but I want full power, so I know they are legal, I just need to know if the 8 inch barrel exists mostly.
I live in Texas and I know the receiver is the gun, I am registering a receiver as a pistol which changes things a little.
I am looking for a private sale of an AK 47 type rifle…. Yes, I don’t need any lectures on russian ak’s etc. I have three now and am looking for one more…. I am also wondering where to purchase ammo 7.62×39 and 9mm bulk (1000 rds) at a reasonable price…. send me an email if your looking at selling your ak….. they are going at the gun shows for ~0, – 400.
